Dr. Andrea Seymour was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She proceeded to Temple University School of Medicine, in Philadelphia, PA, where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree.
She completed her Internship at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, then completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Temple University Hospital, rising to become Co- Chief Resident. She went on to complete her Pain Medicine Fellowship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Henley- Seymour is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
She is married with three children and enjoys living in South Florida.
Dr. Henley- Seymour uses a multidisciplinary approach to pain care in order to help patients improve their quality of life. She takes the time to educate her patients about their pain condition and treatment options. She combines interventional pain procedures, physical therapy, and medications to create a uniquely designed plan of care for each patient.
