Excellent customer service at this facility, the wait is not long. The whole stuff here is awesome. When people are in severe pain they do not want to go through any unnecessary drama or problems. Maria the nurse practitioner shows excellent concern for her patients she's someone that you can talk to and she give you the best medical advice. Maria listen to you concerns and address them in a well-mannered way. I would not trade them for no other doctor.

Actually today, 05/17/2024, I had a follow-up on the treatment that Dr. Christian Gonzalez is doing to my delicate and permanent pain problem that I have. From the moment you arrive at the office or suite, the treatment or customer service is excellent, very good treatment, punctuality in making you come to your consultation and the super professional treatment of Dr. Gonzalez. If you have medium or acute pain, go there and they will treat you very well.

Very knowledgeable. We went in to inquire about Vertaflex. They advise us to do the less invasive procedure first. We chose injections which they gave us full disclosure of the injection treatment. Dr. Silva is very Professional and young.

Overall everyone plays their roles and is great in general but the actual main main head hancho doctor (Dr. Christian Gonzalez, whose also the CEO) is there everyday and you'd never know who he was.... he is so understanding, direct and has a greaaaaaaat bedside manor. He tells jokes to help ease the tension and all. Amazing place, at least at the Aventura office anyway

When you are in pain, you normally seek out a doctor to help ease it for you . It is my pleasure to present you with a solution for your pain, a pain center located at Aventura Hospital called the Spine and Wellness Center of AMERICA, However they have offices not in one or two locations by many throughout south to mid Florida. My pain specialist is a Nurse Practitioner (first name only) Named Maria. .
The physician that heads up and leads all their employees is A physician named Christian Gonzalez M.D. ultra verse in pain, treatment of and causes, both physical and mental As one who has worked in Emergency rooms for over 18 years in NY Hospitals, treated all types of pain from gun shot wounds, to stabbings, Over doses of narcotics to poisoning, auto accident pain to sports pain, i found myself needing a pain doctors following a "botched spine surgery", from a leading surgeon, and yes they make mistakes too, after all they are human. However Dr. Gonzalez was the only physician that took the time after i had seen multiple so called Spine Gurus, but he was he only one that actually seemed to feel my type of pain. After three visits he nailed down some of the factors that cause my back and neck pain, and believe me it wasn't easy to do. No one person can cure or help to alleviate your pain, but Dr. Gonzalez is one of the rare doctors that comes close to 100%. If you are suffering and have tried the rest, don't you owe it to yourself to try the best? You won't be sorry. All you have to lose is your pain.. N.E.

I'm had an amazing visit with Dr. Nassery. I've been to so many doctors in my life, but he just interacts with his patients differently. He had a warmth that really made me feel at ease. Before the procedure, he explained everything I would expect. The procedure itself was painless. It was finished before I knew it. I'm already feeling better.

Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and also down to earth. Before my procedure, he took the time to go over my MRI disc, explaining my condition, the proposed treatment, and expected outcomes. He is obviously very competent. We went ahead with my epidural and now I feel 18 again!

Dr. Mirsky was very helpful, attentive, and took his time in interviewing and then educating me about what was going on. Because he has experience with MS patients, it really put my mind at ease. I could tell at our first meeting that he has a lot of compassion and care for his patients.

Blessing to my life. Since the 1st day I met Dr. Gonzàlez he made sure he sat down with me and explained everything that was going on and everything that we needed to do. I felt so safe and secure with him. I knew I was in great hands. With Maria the PA I also felt secure I knew when I couldn't see Dr. Gonzàlez because he was in surgery or at the hospital I was in great hands with her. Maria does everything exactly the way Dr. Gonzàlez does. With Monica when my insurance just stopped denying all of my exams and my medicine she never stopped fighting for me until they started to approve everything again. The front desk people, the people who answer the phones are all awesome too. The always are ready and able to give me an appointment right away. After 3 years of intolerance to Florida's humid climate post ciguatera poisoning and being suggested by another neurologist to move to a dryer climate, I have finally found relief from Stella Ganglion shots performed by Dr. Gonzàlez.

Now I can go back to an active outdoor lifestyle inclusive of fishing, scuba diving, and long walks outdoors. Dr. Gonzàlez exudes confidence and passion for medical science and is compassionate to his patients. He takes time to explain the process, expectations and then asks during each and every session for feedback on how well I felt the treatment is responding. My insurance was initially not going to cover the procedure, but due to the testimony from Dr. Gonzàlez and other Doctors as to my well-being, insurance did finally decide to cover the expense. What a life changer this medical procedure was. My body can now regulate, properly in humidity, and all tingling sensations from fingertips to shoulders are now gone. I can now enjoy my life in Florida to its fullest! My quality of life is now better than I would have ever expected. Thank you, Dr. Gonzàlez!

Thanks to Doctor Anijar my mom went in to see the doctor complaining of hip pain and pain shooting down her leg. After the doctors examination it ended up being that the pain was from her back not the hip. After her epidural my mom feels much better. Thanks to the doctor and the staff
