SWCA Global

Take a a look at our different locations

SWCA is the largest pain management group in South Florida. 175,000+ annual patient encounters, 8 centers, 50+ clinicians, 110+ affiliated facilities. Exploring partnerships, affiliations, and expansion opportunities nationally and internationally

The Platform Built for What Pain Management Demands Right Now

60 million American adults live with chronic pain. That number surged 18% between 2019 and 2023, the highest levels ever recorded. The global pain management market stands at nearly $82 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $102 billion by 2030. Demand is accelerating, opioid-based solutions are retreating, and the market urgently needs what very few organizations have built: a scalable, physician-led, non-opioid platform with the clinical depth, operational infrastructure, and outcomes track record to meet that demand at volume. U.S. Pain Foundation + 2

Spine and Wellness Centers of America is that platform.

SWCA is the largest pain management group in South Florida, operating at a scale and level of operational sophistication that has taken years and hundreds of thousands of patient encounters to build. We are not a collection of independent practices loosely affiliated under a brand. We are a fully integrated, multi-site clinical and operational platform engineered for growth.

The Numbers

175,000+ patient encounters annually in owned and operated clinical centers 50+ clinicians across interventional pain, regenerative medicine, and surgical specialties 110+ affiliated partner facilities

These are not projections. These are the current operating metrics of an organization that has already proven its model at scale in one of the most competitive healthcare markets in the United States.

What We Have Built That Others Cannot Replicate

Most pain management groups grow by adding locations. SWCA grew by building systems first, and that distinction is the entire business case. Our clinical infrastructure runs on standardized, evidence-informed care protocols validated across high-volume centers. Every clinician operates within a proven pathway. Every outcome is tracked. Every deviation is measured and corrected. Our operational infrastructure covers physician recruiting, onboarding, training, quality systems, revenue cycle management, payer strategy, and referral network development. These are not aspirational frameworks. They are documented, tested playbooks that have been pressure-tested across eight centers and over 110 affiliated facilities.
The result is a platform where quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance are predictable and replicable across new markets, acquired practices, and partnership arrangements. That is the asset. That is what we bring to every conversation about growth.

Clinical Platform

SWCA operates across four integrated service lines that together create a comprehensive, vertically integrated patient care experience and a diversified, defensible revenue base.

Interventional Pain Management: Image-guided procedures performed by board-certified specialists. This is the core volume driver across all SWCA centers and the foundation of our clinical reputation.

Regenerative Medicine: Advanced biologic and regenerative therapies representing the fastest growing segment in musculoskeletal and pain care. SWCA’s early investment in this service line positions the organization ahead of the market shift away from pharmaceutical dependency.
Advanced Surgical Options: Surgical pathways coordinated through SWCA’s affiliated ambulatory surgery center network, capturing downstream surgical volume and keeping patients within the platform across the full continuum of care.

Diagnostic Imaging, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Rehabilitation: Fully integrated ancillary services that increase per-patient revenue, strengthen referral retention, and create a complete care ecosystem that competing single-service providers cannot match.
